WHOLESALE/RESELLER POLICIES
Hello, Merch Girls community!
We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you, and our policies are in place to enhance order fulfillment efficiency and maintain top-notch quality. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:
1. Order Status and Order Updates:
- Stay informed by actively seeking updates through our Order Update page, Wholesale/Reseller Facebook Group and/or Business Page. It is your responsibility to stay connected and up to date.
- Excessive messages or emails before the designated turnaround time listed at the top of the website may cause delays in order processing and ultimately termination of b2b relationship.
2. Holidays:
- Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
3. Returns/Exchanges
- Customized items or those on sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.
4. Missing/Damaged/Incorrect Items:
- Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- It is required that you include a photo of your paper invoice, the packaging and items received. At this time please let us know if you noted any damage or unusual things about the package.
- While we strive for perfection, mistakes can occur; we aim to rectify those within 48 hours of being contacted
- It is your responsibility to check for defects or issues before pressing or handing off your items to your customers. We will replace them if notified beforehand but are unable to help once you've pressed them or given them out.
5. Mockup Usage:
- You are welcome to use our mockups, but please ensure they are watermarked, even if that means covering our watermark with your own.
- Failure to comply may result in restrictions on future orders. Our photos bear watermarks and are protected against saving due to fraudulent website replication.

6. Wholesale Order Cancellations/Changes/Add-Ons:
- Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any order cancellation, change or add-on requests for wholesale orders due to their swift movement to fulfillment
- Regular updates are provided to keep you informed of order statuses and can be found HERE
7. Minimums:
- No minimums and no setup fees apply only to direct-to-garment orders. Custom transfers will have a minimum requirement.
